When you contact us

When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, job title and the content of your enquiry. We use it to handle your request and subsequent communication. For enquiries aimed at entering into a contract, the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For other enquiries and communication with organisations’ contact persons, the basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining business communication under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Providing contact details is voluntary. However, without the information needed to respond, we may not be able to handle your request. The website does not contain a message submission form; the email link opens your email application.

Website analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Only with your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR do we process a pseudonymous browser identifier, pages visited, times and interactions, traffic sources and device information. Your IP address is used during communication and to derive an approximate location; according to Google, GA4 does not store it. We do not use ad personalisation or Google Signals. Analytics are not used for automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.

We set the analytics cookies _ga and _ga_FJNXRJTGZ3 for a maximum of 180 days. We store your consent choice in your browser’s local storage under the key vezplan-analytics-consent-v1 for 180 days; this storage is necessary to remember your preference. You can withdraw your consent through Cookie settings and Decline analytics. We then stop measurement and remove accessible analytics cookies on this domain. Withdrawal does not delete data previously collected lawfully.

In Google Analytics, detailed event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months. Resetting the retention period on new activity is disabled. These settings do not limit most standard reports based on aggregated data.

Hosting and data recipients

The website is hosted by IT Computers, s.r.o., company ID 27228541, Okružní 50, 273 08 Pchery. The company email service is also being transferred to the same provider; completion of the transfer is scheduled for 10 September 2026. Technical logs, such as IP addresses, request times and requested pages, may be processed to operate and secure the server, based on the legitimate interest in secure operation. These logs are retained for as long as necessary for operation, troubleshooting and handling security incidents.

In connection with Analytics, Google LLC in the USA and Google’s processors may have access to the data. Transfers outside the EEA are governed by Google’s data processing terms and applicable safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses or, where applicable, an adequacy decision. How long we retain data

We retain communication data for the time needed to handle your request and related follow-up communication. Where communication relates to a contract, a legal obligation or the exercise of legal claims, retention depends on the duration of the relevant purpose, statutory archiving requirements and applicable limitation periods. Once there is no longer a reason to retain the data, we delete it unless continued retention is required by law.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing. The right to data portability applies to automated processing based on consent or a contract. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
